Morning Yoga Schedule
Morning yoga is typically offered Friday through Tuesday from 8 to 9am, depending on instructor availability. The schedule may shift occasionally, so we recommend confirming timing during your stay or checking with the Front Desk. On days without a guided class, guests are welcome to use the Lawn Bowl Deck for personal practice.

Classes are $10 per person, paid directly to the instructor in cash.

Sessions are held outdoors on the Lawn Bowl Deck in fair weather, surrounded by trees and a natural setting. During inclement weather, classes move to the massage studio.
