Sleep in a Human Nest in Big Sur
A one of a kind open air stay with ocean views, where you sleep cradled above the coast in a woven nest.
What Is the Human Nest?
The Human Nest is a sculptural sleeping structure designed to mimic the form and feeling of a bird’s nest. Hand woven from natural materials, it creates a space that feels organic, open, and instinctual. At Treebones, it is offered as part of a campsite experience rather than a traditional accommodation. Guests sleep within the structure while remaining fully immersed in the surrounding environment, making it one of the most unusual and memorable ways to experience the Big Sur coastline.
